Why do I need Jesus?

God loves you and wants you to have peace and life - abundant and eternal.

Because of our nature, we are all separated from God; we disobey God and go our own way. Jesus Christ is the only answer to this problem. He died on the cross for our sins, came back to life and rose from the grave. By doing this, Jesus bridged the gap between God and us. We must each trust Jesus and receive Him into our hearts by our personal invitation.

How to receive Jesus

1. Admit to God your need for forgiveness and peace
   
   
2. Be willing to turn from your sins, and go God's way instead, believing that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave.
   
   
3. Through prayer (simply talking to God), invite Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and be your savior.

You can do this at any time. When you do, it's important that you get plugged into a Bible-teaching church to encourage you and help you grow.
